At 5Star Growth Partners Ltd, we are committed to helping local businesses implement sustainable growth systems through ongoing growth support, automation, visibility, authority, customer acquisition, customer retention, and scaling initiatives.

This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Onboarding and Implementation Services

Our services may include onboarding, setup, implementation, configuration, planning, research, consultation, and growth system activation.

Once onboarding or implementation work has commenced, fees paid for work already completed are generally non-refundable.

Ongoing Growth Services

Many of our services are delivered on an ongoing monthly basis as part of a Growth Plan, Growth Layer, or Growth Partnership.

Clients may request cancellation in accordance with the terms of their service agreement.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for services already delivered or billing periods that have already commenced.

Monthly Service Fees

Monthly service fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and services have been made available.

Clients remain responsible for all fees due up to the effective date of cancellation.

Consultation and Advisory Services

Completed consultation sessions, growth diagnostics, assessments, reviews, strategy sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable.

Refund Requests

If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, you may submit a refund request in writing.

All refund requests will be reviewed individually and fairly based on the circumstances and the services provided.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed consultation sessions

  • Growth diagnostics and assessments

  • Strategy and planning work

  • Research and analysis activities

  • Setup and implementation work already completed

  • Services already delivered

  • Active or completed monthly service periods
